Here, at the southeasternmost point of the North Sea, discover where we cultivate and grow the finest new potatoes for vodka.
A bird's-eye view would reveal small farms scattered across the rural land, showcasing the region's farming tradition. The fertile season continues longer than average thanks to the maritime climate's mild winters, long summers and heavy rainfall. All of this combined with Bjäre's barrel soil creates the perfect setting for our extra-fine new potatoes.
