variety and harvest of new potato.

Much like weather, region and grape gives the significant character to a fine wine in the winery process, our seasonal spuds donate their signature aroma, or heart, to our vodka through our master blender Solveig Sommarström’s graceful pot still & rectification process. The result? The unique complex, aromatic taste of the Kattegat Farming vintage.
